100% Xarel-lo. Pepe Raventos comes the lustrious winemaking family of Raventos i Blanc and though Pepe branched off to start making biodynamic wines at Can Sumoi with his friend Francesc Escala, he bottles some biodynamic wines under his own name. This is an insanely small project that is vinified in the garage of Raventos i Blanc. This skin-contact Xarel-lo has electric acidity and minerality with no sulfur added at any point.
