100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Villalobos is family estate located in the Colchagua Valley of Chile. They are a natural producer that in their 60+ year history have never used any chemicals in their vineyards while their vines have grown amongst native Chilean flora like maitenes, rosehip, culenes, pine trees, and blackberry bushes. Costino is a Cabernet Sauvignon that was aged in stainless steel to craft a wine that is soft, polished with a medium body and characteristics of fresh herbs, dark cherries, plum and refreshing acidity. This is a Cab that you can enjoy a few glasses of over a meal of grilled foods. Lovely stuff.
